India’s streets, rivers, forests, beaches, and hills are being cleaned up and greened up every day — by thousands of volunteers and organisations working quietly, often alone, rarely heard beyond their own neighbourhood.
The CleanUp GreenUp India Alliance exists to change that.
We are a national platform uniting non-profit organisations, registered societies, informal volunteer communities, and individual environmental champions across every state and city.
Our members work on cleanups, restorations, greening, waterbody restoration, ecological conservation, waste management, green energy, and everything in between.
What unites them is a single conviction: a cleaner, greener India is not a distant aspiration — it is something being built right now, on the ground, by ordinary people doing extraordinary things.
What we do together
On this platform, member organisations and individuals get their own public page — a permanent, visible home for their work. They post updates on their activities, share the documents and guides they have developed, showcase their areas of focus, and connect directly with other members across the country.
